These were supposed to be part of John's Father's Day gift, but I couldn't wait that long! I am a very impatient person and presenting gifts to John seems to ALWAYS come way before the actual holiday. Oh, well - I will have to just find him something else, as I thought he needed these more now than later. Samantha had a fun time coloring each one and showing me how to sign tomato, lettuce, carrot, and corn.Look at how much lettuce we already have growing! He planted 10 kinds of lettuce, so we will be having salads all summer long. Last year we had so much lettuce that we had to ask everyone in the ward to swing by and take some. Same thing will probably happen this year, but who wouldn't want fresh lettuce every night for dinner (and lunch!)??
